Dong Guan Quanly Technology Co. Ltd founded in 2008, is a company specializes in developping, manufacturing and marketing brushless motor, brushless motor speed controller for surfboard, hydrofoil, RC car/airplan/boat.

Quanly Technology has experienced R&D Engineer and testing Lab.
